You are solely responsible for all content that you submit, post, or otherwise make available through the Services ("User Content"). You represent and warrant that you own all rights to your User Content or have obtained all necessary permissions and licenses. You further agree that you will not submit any User Content that is unlawful, harmful, threatening, abusive, harassing, defamatory, vulgar, obscene, or otherwise objectionable.
You agree not to use the Services for any unlawful or prohibited purpose. You further agree not to use the Services in any way that could damage, disable, overburden, or impair the Services or interfere with any other party's use and enjoyment of the Services.
TechStart reserves the right to terminate your access to the Services at any time for any reason. We may also terminate your access to the Services if you violate these Terms. Upon termination, your right to use the Services will cease immediately.
The Services are provided "as is" and without warranty of any kind, express or implied. TechStart disclaims all warranties, including but not limited to warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement.
In no event will TechStart, its officers, directors, employees, agents, or licensors be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, consequential, special, exemplary, or punitive damages arising out of or in any way connected with your access to or use of the Services, including but not limited to damages for loss of profits, goodwill, use, data, or other intangible losses, even if TechStart has been advised of the possibility of such damages.
You agree to indemnify and hold harmless TechStart, its officers, directors, employees, agents, and licensors from and against any and all claims, demands, losses, liabilities, costs, and expenses (including attorneys' fees) arising out of or in any way connected with your use of the Services or your violation of these Terms.
These Terms will be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of Lithuania, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.
These Terms constitute the entire agreement between you and TechStart regarding your use of the Services and supersede all prior or contemporaneous communications and proposals, whether oral or written.
